Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying distinct parts of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
Further images released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
